I’m hosting a free online session on Full Moon 

The first option to join is from June 2024 on, but you can decide to join in at the beginning of every following month. 

The Sacred Circle is a community of women who allow themselves to be their own flourishing Self.

Practically speaking:

• It's a year program that consists of the following elements:
• One transformational online group session each month.
  
  In this session I will be sharing information, a Healing Journey or an Embodiment Practice or all of it in one session! The sessions will be crystallized to the process in the group.
  
  There is always time for Hot Seat Coaching that way I can answer your personal questions or offer guidance in what you need at that moment.
  
  It's of course up to you if you join (all) the sessions, and you're free to leave the online room when I'm coaching others and your questions are already answered.
  
  
• You will get one practice to integrate every month. There will be new practices, and also practices you know already. Remember, repetition is key! This is how you truly integrate.
  
  
• You will commit to one Spirit Assignment every month. I don't hand these out, these come from yourself. So you will be invited and motivated to do introspection to see what it is you might benefit from most and go along. If you feel you need guidance or support in this, I invite you to ask for help during the moments of Hot Seat Coaching.
  
  
• Naturally, you will connect with like-minded women who all carry the wisdom that was already shared in Evolve & Expand with them. Besides the sessions you will be in touch on Telegram.
  
  
• Every week you will receive new wisdom from me through a voice memo on Telegram.
  
  
• At the start you set quarterly goals and share them with the group. 

The Hot Seat Coaching is your moment to get personal guidance (in a group setting) during The Sacred Circle.

Besides that, I will share weekly inspiration and wisdom with the group.

If one is committed and involved by sharing your reflections, I will know where everyone stands and will adjust the online sessions as much as possible according to the groups' needs. 

1:1 Guidance add on
If you long for 1:1 guidance, then this is something you can add that to The Sacred Circle.

If you join The Sacred Circle you'll be able to receive support 3 days per week on Telegram and an online 1:1 session every month for €1111 per month extra. 

If you just want extra 1:1 guidance in your current process without joining The Sacred Circle, you will receive the support 3 days per week on Telegram and an online 1:1 session every month for €1500 per month.
