Three 1:1 Healing Sessions
The perfect start for any (inner) transformation you're currently longing for. Whether it's emotional struggles, spiritual struggles, physical struggles, family struggles etc.
Your current struggle is your gateway to a more liberated life.
During the sessions we:
- Go to the core of your current struggle
- Shift the root cause of why you are experiencing this struggle/in this situation
- Connect to your innate healing capabilities
- Follow-up with a personal assignment that helps you to integrate the shifts in your system and daily life
All you need for deep transformation
The Root has three sessions, this is the minimum amount of sessions I work with because the subconscious makes so many links, that we can’t transform it all at once. Plus, I'm an advocate for deep and lasting change.
The second session can be about something that seems different on the surface from what we worked with in the first session, but in the subconscious is linked to the same, original struggle.
If we've worked together before in one of my programs or mentorship, you can book a single session if you wish.

In-person sessions take place in the east of Amsterdam. Online take place through zoom, which gives you the opportunity to join from the comfort of your own home.
It's up to you. Both ways have proven to be very effective.

Hi! My name is Dolores Mae.
In 2006, my body came to a hold, showing me one red flag after the other. I thought I was connected quite well to myself but I was not. This was the start of a deep and long process of coming home to myself.
A process of reconnecting to my true nature and aligning with my natural gifts.
When I showed up to my childhood traumas my body I experienced for the second time that my body had the ability to heal naturally.
This empowering journey led me to the most profound practices, information and wisdom. From neuroscience, quantum physics, to other experienced and dedicated teachers who showed me the way towards inner freedom, inner strength and loving myself deeply.
